MEGAHARANT Insurance Company partnered with us to implement an integrated insurance automation platform tightly coupled with MEGAHARANT Bank systems. The project focused on enabling bancassurance operations, co-insurance workflows, and unified management of customer and policy data. Through secure APIs and shared data flows, the insurer could distribute products via bank branches, synchronize customer profiles, and manage joint underwriting programs
On the terms of outstaffing, we provided individual specialists and individual teams to implement various projects in Sweden, Great Britain and other European countries. In particular, they worked together for 5 years on a project for Tetra Consulting from the UK.
We implemented integrated front-office and back-office systems that digitized the core operations of Insurance Company KSD. The solution supported the full lifecycle of non-life insurance products — from quotation and policy issuance through renewals, changes, and claims servicing — in a single environment.
The new platform reduced reliance on paper and spreadsheets, gave staff a unified view of customers and policies, and provided managers with timely operational and financial information. Messaging and integration capabilities ensured reliable data exchange between modules and external systems

TETRA is a web application designed to support hotel auditors in planning, conducting, and tracking quality audits across multiple properties. The platform centralizes audit checklists, findings, corrective actions, and reporting in a single system, helping auditors work more efficiently and enabling management to gain real-time visibility into compliance and service quality across their hotel portfolio in the UK and abroad
ProfITsoft provided a team of specialists to develop a comprehensive information system for the Football Federation of Ukraine, in which he participated together with the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics and the Ukrainian-German company VData GmbH. This development was implemented at the expense of funds provided by FIFA.
We delivered an integrated front-office and back-office solution for Insurance Company Illichivska, digitizing core insurance workflows from sales and policy administration to payments and reporting. The platform gave agents and internal staff a single environment for working with customers, managing contracts, and tracking operational tasks, while the back-office gained a structured view of policies, claims, and financial data. As a result, Illichivska moved from fragmented, manual routines to standardized, automated processes across its main insurance products
From 2012 to 2016, ProfITsoft invested in the development of a platform for the automation of life insurance companies. The development was performed using the core of a comprehensive risk insurance automation system. This platform was not put into a commercial operation in any IC and the project was closed.

Centralized data storage and configurable workflows reduced manual work, improved data accuracy, and created a solid foundation for future digital initiatives.
For SG “TAS” our team took part in the development of the front office system – the first web system of this level for the insurance market of Ukraine.
