HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We receive your personal data from you. During the Registration process, when you want to create an Account, you provide us with your data necessary to use the ProfITsoft WorkSpace platform. It is necessary for us to establish a business relationship with you. In case of failure to provide them, ProfITsoft, unfortunately, will not be able to establish a business relationship with you.
When you use the ProfITsoft WorkSpace platform, we also collect information about the device you use when interacting with the ProfITsoft WorkSpace platform.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
In order to be able to use our ProfITsoft WorkSpace platform, you need to complete the registration procedure. The data provided during the registration process is processed by ProfITsoft to assess the possibility of establishing a business relationship between you and ProfITsoft, as well as to control access to corporate resources and ensure information security of ProfITsoft.
TO WHAT EXTENT DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We process the following personal data about you:
o Basic identification data: first name, last name, patronymic, date of birth, citizenship, country of tax residence;
o Contact information: telephone number, e-mail, home address.
o Documents: passport details, taxpayer number, address of residence registration.
o Bank details: IBAN, SWIFT code for salary payments.
o Log files and service accesses: data on logins to corporate systems, corporate e-mail.
ProfITsoft’s response to inquiries, including via chat. In order to respond to your inquiries or messages as best we can, we also process information about the content of the communication. The amount of data contained in the correspondence depends on you.
ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
The personal data provided for the purpose of registration on the ProfITsoft WorkSpace platform, as well as those processed in connection with the further use of the account and its administration, are processed on the basis of Article 6 para. f GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interests of ProfITsoft, in particular:
1) collecting your opinion for the purpose of continuous improvement of our services;
2) responding to questions or requests to ensure that you can effectively use the ProfITsoft WorkSpace platform when you contact us;
3) conducting information activities regarding our services in social networks;
4) establishing, asserting or defending against claims that may arise in connection with the use of the ProfITsoft WorkSpace platform.
If you enter into an agreement between you and ProfITsoft, your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6, paragraph 1, subparagraph b GDPR – for the purpose of concluding and performing a service agreement
The data concerning your use of our ProfITsoft WorkSpace platform, which we collect using cookies and similar technologies, is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning of the ProfITsoft WorkSpace platform (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), as well as on the basis of your consent granted in accordance with Art. 173 of the Telecommunications Act (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
If you register and create an account on our ProfITsoft WorkSpace platform, your data will be stored until your account is deactivated on the ProfITsoft WorkSpace platform (either at your initiative or at the initiative of ProfITsoft), as well as during the statute of limitations. At the same time, the data will be stored no longer than until the end of the year in which 6 years have passed since the claim arose. The storage of your data is necessary to enable us to respond to your claims in the best possible way or to protect our interests.
If you ask us a question before you create an account on the ProfITsoft WorkSpace platform, we store your data for the time necessary to provide answers and clarifications. This allows us to respond to your request in the best possible way.

In the event of concluding an agreement between you and ProfITsoft, the period of retention of your personal data will be determined by the terms of such agreement.
WHO IS THE RECIPIENT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

These are always entities that specialize in the relevant field and provide us with professional services. The categories of entities to which your data may be transferred include:

Right to file a complaint

WILL YOUR DATA BE TRANSFERRED OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA)?
In connection with the use of social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn), data may be transferred to third countries (e.g. the USA). This is always subject to appropriate safeguards, such as European Commission regulations or standard contractual clauses.
AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING, INCLUDING PROFILING
Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
