ReviewPro – provides a number of services for hotel chains around the world, analyzing the quality of customer service based on reviews collected from various sources, conducting surveys of the quality of discussion, organizing omnichannel communication through various messengers, integrating with hotel software, etc. ProfITsoft provides continuous development and testing, including automated testing, for
the project, which is done by several teams.
ProfITsoft specialists are part of a professional international team working on a product that is used to monitor and control voice communication platforms for large banks in the US and Europe.

The ProfITsoft insurance platform was implemented for PZU Ukraine Insurance Company, which is a subsidiary of the Polish Financial Group of the same name, and several unique modules were implemented on it.
For one of the leaders of the insurance market, Universalna Insurance Company, a corporate information system was developed based on the platform of the integrated insurance company automation system. Several innovative solutions for the insurance market were implemented. Now the Client is a part of the Canadian FAIRFAX GROUP.
At the request of investors from Poland, the company developed its internal information system. The system was based on the integrated automation platform of the MLM brokerage company.
From 2012 to 2016, ProfITsoft invested in the development of a platform for the automation of life insurance companies. The development was performed using the core of a comprehensive risk insurance automation system. This platform was not put into a commercial operation in any IC and the project was closed.
From 2012 to 2021, ProfITsoft completed the implementation of its own product “ProfITsoft FRONT-OFFICE” and “ProfITsoft BACK-OFFICE” in several insurance companies. In 2021, the insurance companies acquired a license to use the source code.
From 2012 to 2019, ProfITsoft completed the implementation of its own product, NETWORK-OFFICE. This integrated automation system was developed for an insurance intermediary working on the MLM principle and was implemented in several companies.
BROKBUSINESS Insurance Company has been a client of ProfITsoft since April 2008. First, our company implemented a front-office solution in the insurance company, followed by a comprehensive automation system for the entire insurance company. And now, on an outsourcing basis, we support and improve the new functionality of the insurance company’s IT systems.
