The People Behind ProfITsoft’s Development

As part of the information marathon dedicated to the 25th anniversary of ProfITsoft, which we will celebrate next year, we continue to introduce you to our specialists.

Over 9 years at ProfITsoft is the professional path of Natalia Miroshnyk as a business analyst who is deeply involved in product and process development. During this time, Natalia also worked in the roles of QA and Project Manager, which allowed her to form a comprehensive vision of the product and development lifecycle.

Today, Natalia combines the roles of business analyst and QA on several projects, having expertise in all key processes of the insurance automation system. She actively works on optimizing business processes, implementing new integrations and improving functionality, focusing on both customer needs and internal product efficiency.

Natalia’s strengths are systems thinking, deep immersion in tasks and the ability to find balanced solutions. In her work, she pays special attention to the practicality of engineering approaches – not only the implementation of functionality, but also ensuring its maintainability and scalability.

This is a story about expertise, responsibility and real impact on the product that we develop together.
