The People Behind ProfITsoft

As part of our information marathon dedicated to ProfITsoft’s 25th anniversary, we continue to introduce the people behind our solutions.

Today, we’d like to highlight Andrii Yakubovskyi — a developer whose journey at the company reflects consistent growth through real project experience, expanding responsibilities, and contributions to complex, high-impact systems.

Andrii is a responsible and detail-oriented software engineer who approaches every task with a strong sense of ownership. He focuses not only on meeting formal requirements but also on delivering results that meet his own high standards. He is driven by finding optimal solutions rather than quick fixes and particularly values intellectually challenging tasks that require deep analysis and thoughtful design.

During his time at the company, Andrii has contributed to a number of key projects, including PZU, PSW, Khladoprom, UPSK, Transmagistral, and Kraina. Working across different domains has helped him build a strong and versatile technical background, as well as a deep understanding of business needs and system architecture.

We also highly appreciate his contribution to team development and knowledge sharing. Andrii has served as a lecturer in our Full Stack Software Engineer course, sharing practical, production-oriented experience with students. In addition, he has been a mentor in the IT Connect UA program, supporting and guiding aspiring developers.

Andrii’s combination of technical expertise, analytical mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement makes him a valuable part of the ProfITsoft team and a strong contributor to the success of our projects.
