As part of our information marathon dedicated to ProfITsoft’s 25th anniversary, we continue introducing the people whose expertise and dedication help us deliver high-quality software solutions.

Kateryna Shmyhelska is a Quality Assurance Engineer with experience in both Front-end and Back-end testing, ensuring product quality across user interface and API layers.

Throughout her career at ProfITsoft, Kateryna has contributed to the development and improvement of test automation processes. She has worked with Playwright (TypeScript) and Selenium (Java), participated in automated test migrations between frameworks, and refactored existing test suites to improve their stability, performance, and maintainability.

Working across multiple teams with different processes and technology stacks has strengthened her adaptability, flexibility, and ability to quickly integrate into new environments. Her key strengths include strong attention to detail, a responsible approach to task execution, and effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Kateryna continues to expand her technical expertise, explore modern quality assurance practices, and remains open to new professional challenges and opportunities for growth.
