ProfITsoft 25 Years: People Behind Our Success

As part of our information marathon dedicated to ProfITsoft’s 25th anniversary, we continue introducing the people whose knowledge, dedication, and daily contributions help drive the success of our products.

Oleksandr Shevchenko joined ProfITsoft in July 2024, beginning his journey with the company as an intern after successfully completing our internal training courses. Within a few months, he advanced to the role of FullStack Java Developer, continuing his professional growth through hands-on experience on real business projects.

Since joining the company, Oleksandr has been working on the UPSK insurance project, contributing to the development and support of its business logic. His responsibilities include implementing new functionality, configuring business processes, enhancing integrations, and supporting both the backend and frontend parts of the system. His work plays an important role in maintaining product stability and ensuring its continuous evolution to meet business and user needs.

What matters most to Oleksandr in his work is a clear and structured approach to problem-solving, maintainable code, and the ability to take ownership of tasks from implementation to successful delivery. This mindset enables him to contribute effectively to the project while continuously developing his professional expertise.
