ProfITsoft 25 Years: People Behind Our Success
As part of our information marathon dedicated to ProfITsoft’s 25th anniversary, which we will celebrate next year, we continue highlighting the people whose expertise, ownership, and commitment to growth help us build outstanding products for our clients.
Oleksandr Vysokos has been part of the ProfITsoft team for four years. During this time, he has grown from a Junior QA Engineer into a versatile General QA Engineer trusted with full-cycle quality assurance for Xempus Deutschland GmbH, a leading European InsurTech company providing a cloud-based SaaS platform.
Oleksandr successfully combines expertise in both manual and automated testing, supported by exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on quality. At Xempus, he maintained and enhanced an existing Java/Selenium automation framework, built a brand-new TypeScript/Playwright framework from scratch, and actively participated in the migration between them, improving and optimizing test logic along the way.
His experience spans web, API, and database testing, all integrated into modern CI/CD pipelines. The trust he has earned continues to grow — recently, Oleksandr joined an additional project where he is once again establishing test automation and quality assurance processes from the ground up using TypeScript and Playwright.
Beyond identifying defects, Oleksandr brings a business- and client-oriented mindset to his work. He evaluates functionality not only from a technical perspective but also from the standpoint of customer value, consistently identifying opportunities to improve products and user experience.
He is also actively involved in applying modern AI tools within QA processes. By leveraging GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, he helps accelerate test creation, log analysis, and defect investigation while gaining hands-on experience testing AI-powered functionality, including LLM response validation, prompt testing, and AI evaluation workflows.
Equally important are the qualities that make him a valued colleague: excellent communication skills, natural leadership, a collaborative mindset, and a continuous drive for professional growth. Oleksandr is always eager to learn, embrace new challenges, and contribute wherever he can make an impact.
