People of ProfITsoft: Oleksandr Kolomitsev — From Intern to Junior Java Full-Stack Developer

As part of our information marathon dedicated to ProfITsoft’s 25th anniversary, we continue introducing the people whose dedication, growth mindset, and expertise help drive the success of our products and projects.

Oleksandr Kolomytsev has been part of the ProfITsoft team for three years. During this time, he has grown from an intern into a Junior Java Full-Stack Developer, contributing to a complex enterprise solution for the German insurance market.

Oleksandr began his journey with the company as an intern and is now actively involved in the development and maintenance of the Xempus Deutschland GmbH project. He contributes to both the backend and frontend parts of the application, with a primary focus on backend development.

Over the years, Oleksandr has participated in the development of nearly every module and subsystem within the platform. This experience has given him a deep understanding of the product, its architecture, and the confidence to take on tasks across a wide range of functional areas.

A key part of Oleksandr’s professional approach is his commitment to continuous learning and staying aligned with modern software development practices. He actively incorporates AI tools into his daily workflow, enabling him to solve development challenges more efficiently, explore innovative approaches, and continuously enhance his technical expertise.
