People of ProfITsoft: Anton Mykytas’s Growth Story

As part of our information marathon dedicated to ProfITsoft’s 25th anniversary, which we will celebrate next year, we continue highlighting the people whose dedication, growth mindset, and professionalism help strengthen both our products and our team.

Almost four years at ProfITsoft mark the professional journey of Anton Mykytas, who has grown from an Intern into a QA Engineer on the Xempus Deutschland GmbH project.

Anton joined the company as an intern and, through continuous self-development, determination, and the support of his colleagues, became a confident QA professional who is not afraid to take on testing tasks of any complexity. From usability testing to validating sophisticated technical implementations that require deep analysis, extensive data investigation, and a thorough understanding of product specifications, Anton consistently approaches challenges with curiosity and commitment.

Over the years, he has significantly expanded his expertise in both manual and automated testing. Thanks to his analytical mindset and strong interest in the technical side of the product, Anton is often involved in identifying and localizing issues within CI/CD processes, helping teams quickly understand and resolve critical problems.

A significant part of his contribution includes testing a new module developed for one of the project’s most important customers. This work required careful consideration of numerous business requirements and client requests, along with extensive functional and UI/UX testing. Anton also played a key role in testing another strategic initiative focused on data imports and exports between multiple systems and the product, as well as configuring and executing complex business process chains.

Following recent changes within the project team, Anton has additionally taken on the responsibilities of one of the QA Managers. In this role, he helps coordinate task distribution and workload across the QA team, actively supports testing activities when needed, and shares his knowledge of existing business logic with colleagues.

Anton’s story is a great example of professional growth, ownership, and the willingness to embrace new responsibilities in support of both the product and the team.
