Oleh Drozdov has been part of the ProfITsoft journey for more than 10 years. His professional growth reflects both personal dedication and the evolution of the company itself — from a Junior Full-Stack Developer working on a reputation management and guest experience platform for the hospitality industry to a Senior/Lead Java Developer building and modernizing enterprise solutions for the German InsurTech market.

Throughout his career, Oleh has played a key role in the development, modernization, and support of large-scale insurance systems. His expertise spans Java, Spring Framework, SOAP and REST APIs, as well as a deep understanding of the operational realities of insurance IT — long-lived enterprise systems, strict audit requirements, and zero tolerance for data loss.

Oleh takes ownership of architectural decisions and the delivery of high-quality end-to-end solutions. His approach combines technical excellence with a strong understanding of business priorities, ensuring that systems are not only reliable and scalable but also cost-effective and aligned with client needs.
