Nearly 4 Years of Growth and New Challenges: The Story of Mariia Hliuza

As part of our information marathon dedicated to ProfITsoft’s 25th anniversary, we would like to highlight another important member of our team.

Nearly 4 years with Xempus (formerly eVorsorge) — this is the journey of Mariia Hliuza, from QA Engineer to Business Analyst.

Mariia started by testing calculation systems for Germany’s leading insurers. She then successfully transitioned to the role of Business Analyst, becoming an important bridge between clients and development teams.

Her strength lies in translating complex customer requirements into clear specifications that are understandable for both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Currently, Mariia is working on the Mercer project, focusing on data exchange between HR systems and the Xempus platform. She analyzes workflows, identifies performance issues, and helps ensure smooth system integration.

Beyond her main role, Mariia mentors new student employees, supports colleagues across different projects, and actively improves work processes and product quality — including resolving data overwrite issues during transmission to insurers.

This is a story of professional growth, responsibility, and the ability to build effective collaboration between business and technology.
