As a Java Backend Developer, he contributes to the eVorsorge project for Xempus Deutschland GmbH, focusing on delivering stable, maintainable, and high-quality backend solutions that effectively support business requirements.

Recently, Ihor has been actively involved in integrating the eVorsorge platform with Xempus Insurer Service as part of an international team. Working in a distributed environment, he contributes to smooth cross-team collaboration and clear communication between multiple stakeholders.

Beyond his technical responsibilities, Ihor supports team growth by mentoring an intern, sharing practical expertise, and helping accelerate onboarding and professional development.
