From Intern to Full-Stack Developer: 4 Years at ProfITsoft

4 years at ProfITsoft — this is the journey of Anastasiia Novoselova, from an intern to a Java Full-Stack Developer contributing to complex international solutions.

Anastasiia joined the company as an intern and has since grown into a Java Full-Stack Developer. She works on the Xempus Deutschland GmbH project, contributing to both the development and maintenance of the system, covering backend and frontend parts of the application.

During this time, Anastasiia has also been actively involved in onboarding new interns — helping them understand the project structure, development processes, and their first tasks.

One of the areas she has worked on is the document signing process within the project. Currently, she is focused on integrating an additional electronic signature solution into the main system as part of the eVorsorge project, adapting it to fit product requirements.

Anastasiia continuously keeps up with modern technologies and development practices. In particular, she активно uses AI tools in her daily work — to assist with development tasks, explore new solutions, and learn new approaches. This allows her to work more efficiently and continuously improve her professional skills.
