From Intern to Account Manager: Vitaliy Tsybulko’s 10-Year Journey at ProfITsoft

Vitaliy Tsybulko is one of the professionals whose career journey has grown alongside the development of ProfITsoft itself. Over the past 10 years, he has progressed from an intern to a Business Analyst, QA Engineer, and Account Manager, gaining valuable experience across multiple areas of software development and product delivery for the insurance industry.

Throughout his career at ProfITsoft, Vitaliy has contributed to numerous projects, including MSC, KSD, UBI, PSW, and others. Today, he is actively involved in the development of the BBS project for BBS INSURANCE, one of Ukraine’s trusted insurance companies with more than 30 years of experience in the market.

With a strong background in both manual and automated testing, Vitaliy has developed a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle. His expertise now extends beyond quality assurance to business analysis, client collaboration, and the continuous improvement of comprehensive automation solutions for insurance companies.

In his daily work, Vitaliy demonstrates the qualities of a highly skilled professional: attention to detail, responsibility, a systematic approach to problem-solving, and a strong focus on results. An essential part of his role is maintaining close communication with the insurance company to better understand business needs, prepare high-quality requirements, and support the ongoing evolution of ProfITsoft’s comprehensive insurance automation platform.
