3 Years of Growth: Marharyta Lysenko’s Career Evolution

More than 3 years at ProfITsoft — this is the journey of Marharyta Lysenko from Business Analyst and QA Specialist to a Project Manager who confidently combines all three roles today.

Marharyta came to IT from another field — and this is exactly what strengthens her value to the team. With a technical background in information control systems, cross-domain experience, and a deep understanding of business processes, she has a unique ability to approach tasks from multiple perspectives: analyst, tester, and project manager.

During her time at ProfITsoft, Marharyta contributed to projects for insurance companies UPSK and Ultra, and is currently working on the PZU project for IC “PZU Ukraine,” part of one of the largest insurance groups in Central and Eastern Europe.

Her approach is continuous growth. She has developed expertise in Manual QA, obtained Google IT Support certification, strengthened her knowledge in project management (Waterfall and Agile), and active exploring AI tools to improve productivity.

Her contribution to the community is also noteworthy: Marharyta has twice been a lecturer for the ProfITsoft course “Integrated Automated System for Insurance Companies” and represented the company at the Veterans2Tech: Opportunities Fair.
