25 Years of ProfITsoft: Stories of Growth

As part of our information marathon dedicated to ProfITsoft’s 25th anniversary, which we’ll be celebrating next year, we’re pleased to highlight another team member who has been growing together with the company for over 6 years.

Artem joined ProfITsoft as an intern and junior developer, starting his journey on an insurance automation system — the same large-scale product where many of our engineers began their professional path. At that stage, he worked with Java on the backend and later contributed to frontend development with React, gaining a strong foundation in building enterprise systems.

After several years, Artem moved to another large and complex project in the hospitality domain — a system designed to support hotels, venues, and guest management processes. The project had a significant legacy codebase and required careful modernization alongside ongoing feature development.

Working as a full stack developer, Artem actively contributes on both the frontend (React) and backend (Node.js, NestJS). His responsibilities include implementing complex business logic, building integrations with external services, refactoring legacy parts of the system, and improving overall performance and maintainability.

He approaches development with architectural thinking, strong system awareness, and deep TypeScript expertise. Artem is able to navigate complicated domains, identify structural weaknesses in solutions, and propose pragmatic improvements that keep the product scalable and sustainable in the long term. Over the past few years, he has also been actively involved in technical discussions and solution analysis, contributing to informed engineering decisions within the team.

In addition to project work, Artem contributes to knowledge sharing within the company as part of our internship program, delivering lectures on modern backend and frontend technologies and helping future engineers build practical, production-ready skills.

This is a story of consistent professional growth — from intern to full stack engineer who takes responsibility not only for implementation, but also for the technical quality and long-term evolution of the product.
