Roman Sierkin started his professional journey at ProfITsoft as an intern — and for almost four years now, he has been part of our team, contributing to the development and evolution of a comprehensive automation system for insurance companies within the Xempus project.

Roman specializes in Java backend development and database management. In his daily work, he deals with complex business logic and enterprise-level solutions, ensuring system stability and scalability.

Beyond backend development, Roman also contributes to frontend functionality, helping maintain seamless interaction between different parts of the product. His understanding of both server-side architecture and client-side interfaces allows him to see the system as a whole and find practical solutions — from working with databases and APIs to supporting and enhancing the user interface.

This cross-functional expertise enables the team to implement changes faster and maintain stable product performance.
