12 years at ProfITsoft — this is the journey of Marina Korkuts from a student to an experienced full-stack engineer contributing to key company products.

Her professional story began at the Oracle Courses at Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (NURE), where Marina was among the top-performing students and earned a free place in the program. Through the partnership between the courses and ProfITsoft, she successfully passed the selection process and became one of only three candidates from her group to receive a job offer.

Marina started her career as a Java Developer and spent around 8 years working on the core insurance system, focusing on the most critical and high-pressure financial components.

She later contributed to other projects, and for the past 4 years has been working on a hotel management product — ReviewPro. There, she expanded her skill set to include frontend development with React and backend development with NestJS, confidently working today as a full-stack engineer.
