Company history

We started as a small team developing customized software for one strategic customer. This stage gave us a deep understanding of the client's business processes and formed a culture of quality that remains the basis of our work today.

We entered the market as a full-fledged software development service provider for several clients. We expanded our technological expertise, established team management processes, and started working on international projects.

Beyond outsourcing, we developed one of Ukraine’s first full-scale InsurTech solutions for insurance companies. Our ability to combine product development with outsourcing services allows us to deliver innovative solutions to clients across different countries.

ProfITsoft provides a full spectrum of services - from business analysis and architecture to development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support. We have successfully delivered large-scale international projects in fintech, insurance, hospitality, and other industries. In parallel, we also develop educational programs in collaboration with universities.

Today we are building a new business model - ProfITsoft Workspace. It is an integrated space for customers, partners, and engineers that combines our development experience, innovative tools, and services into a single technological ecosystem.
